2. Do you have an online payment option?

Currently, we do not offer online payment through the website. Orders and payments are handled directly through WhatsApp for a more personalized service.

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available in select areas. Please confirm with us on WhatsApp if COD is possible for your location.

4.Can I get more details or videos of the dresses?

Absolutely! Just message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll be happy to share more photos or videos of the dress you're interested in.

Shipping & Returns:

1. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only deliver within the UAE. For special requests, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within the UAE. We’ll confirm delivery timelines when you place your order.

3. Are returns or exchanges available?

We only accept returns or exchanges in case of damaged or incorrect items. Please check the product upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if there’s an issue.
